How long until my order ships?

Ready to Ship pieces leave the studio within 5–7 business days. Everything else is made to order and ships in 6–8 weeks. Current lead times are always posted at the top of the site.

How do I find my ring size?

The most reliable way is to get sized at a local jeweler. If that's not possible, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Send us that number and we'll help you pick a size. Wide bands fit tighter, so consider going up a half size.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind through the Contact page, including metal, size, and your deadline. We'll reply with a quote and timeline. Custom order timelines are confirmed with your quote. Custom pieces are final sale.

Is this a gift? Can you ship it directly?

Happy to. Every order ships in a gift-ready box with no prices on the packing slip. Add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite it on a card.

What metals do you use?

Brass, sterling silver, and gold fill. Each product page lists exactly what that piece is made from. See Jewelry Care for how each one wears over time.

Will brass turn my skin green?

It can, depending on your skin chemistry. It's harmless and washes off. Keeping the piece dry and clean reduces it.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it's unworn. Custom orders, resized rings, and earrings are final sale. Full details are on Shipping & Returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, US only for now.
