Processing
Ready to Ship pieces leave the studio within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 6–8 weeks. Custom order timelines are confirmed with your quote.
Shipping
We ship within the US only for now. Orders over $150 ship free. All other orders ship for a flat $6. All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and you’ll get an email when yours is on the way.
Returns and exchanges
If a piece isn’t right, email us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. We’ll refund the original payment method or exchange it for another size or piece. Return shipping is on the buyer. Custom orders, resized rings, and earrings are final sale.
Repairs
If something breaks or arrives damaged, get in touch with a photo. We’ll repair or replace it.
